Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is someone who is clinically strong, collaborative, and values a healthy balance between meaningful work and a fulfilling personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of RBTs, promoting their professional growth
Analyze data to make informed, client-centered clinical decisions
Collaborate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals to foster consistency and success across environments
Complete session notes, treatment updates, and progress reports in a timely manner
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and company events
Maintain ethical standards aligned with BACB and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB
Licensed in the State of Virginia
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
