Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing training team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the onboarding experience for new hires, support continuous development for current staff, and collaborate on clinic-wide training initiatives — all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Training Coordinator, you will:
- Provide initial onboarding and hands-on training to newly hired behavior technicians
- Deliver ongoing skill development sessions to ensure quality and consistency in clinical services
- Facilitate parent trainings in collaboration with supervising BCBAs
- Assist in the design and delivery of monthly and quarterly staff training sessions
- Support quality assurance by observing sessions, offering feedback, and modeling best practices
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and leadership to identify and address staff training needs
- Maintain training records and track progress of staff development
- Stay current on ABA best practices and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
- BCaBA Certification in good standing
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in ABA, with a passion for mentoring and training others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to positive, professional collaboration
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to small and large groups of staff and caregivers
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for supporting a team culture of learning and excellence
